DIAGNOSIS
Diagnosis of your machine is FREE if the repair is authorized after diagnosis. 

DEPOT (CARRY-IN) SERVICE
A $45 charge applies should the customer choose not to go ahead with repairs after a successful diagnosis. We will diagnose the problem and call you with an estimate within 48 hours.
Depot service charge (LABOR) is billed at $65.00/Hour 

ON SITE SERVICE
We offer rates which make sense. 
On Site Service Call (labor) starts at $95.00 Which is made up from a One Time $35.00 travel charge and $65.00 for the first hour of service Plus cost of parts (you will be given a parts cost and any possible extended labor charges for approval) and additional labor @ $65.00/Hour
If repair is not cost effective or part is unavailable you are ONLY liable for the Initial service call charge ($95.00)

RUSH SERVICE
Rush service available at an additional cost of $75. Turnaround time 1 -2 days. (May not be possible in some cases) We will offer you this service only if after analizing the nature of repair we can assure you delivery of this service.

WARRANTY ON SERVICES RENDERED
We will back all Repair work with a 3-Month Warranty from the original date of repair and only on the problem(s) reported at the time service is requested. Sofware issues such as spyware, viruses and program installs are not covered under this warranty.
Customers is responsible for backing up their data. Lab Technologies, Inc WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE
For any partial NOR total data loss.
